About us

The Ralegh's Cross Inn, Somerset

The Ralegh's Cross Inn is a privately owned Freehouse situated 1300’ up on the Eastern edge of the Exmoor National Park.

On a clear day, there are splendid views west to Dunkery Beacon, the highest point on Exmoor and North to the Bristol Channel and the Welsh hills beyond.

At Ralegh's Cross we try to adhere to the old fashioned concept of an inn, welcoming to all, providing seventeen comfortable bedrooms, plenty of local ingredients cooked well and an interesting selection of drinks.

In particular, we aim to offer a relaxed and friendly service providing an experience which is enjoyable and excellent value for money.

All seventeen bedrooms are en-suite including two larger four-poster rooms and two family rooms.  We are also happy to accommodate dogs in certain rooms.
