Minehead and West somerset golf club was founded in 1882 welcomes members and visitors alike. Open all year round with panoramic views of the countryside and minehead. Visit www.mineheadgolf.co.uk to book to play on somerset’s oldest golf course.
Birds hill can come to Raleghs and offer shooting on site. They cater for a wide range of group types from Team Building to Birthday parties. They offer Clay, CO2 Pistol Shooting & Archery.
The Pistols we use have a C02 gas cylinder in the grip and fire a magazine of 8 pellets. Definitely not toys!
We start you off on paper targets for you to have the basic training and get used to the pistols. We then move you on to steel drop down targets and that will be your competition.

We teach 6 at a time in rotation so numbers should not be a problem. We make it great fun and a little demanding It can be as competitive as you wish.
Dave Thorpe Honda Off Road – you can arrange a Enduro or Motorcross days out for large or small groups. Dave Thorpe off road do regular rides starting or finishing at Raleghs cross for some nice food and hot tea / coffee.
Exmoor is recognised as one of the best and most challenging off-road destinations in the UK. The Exmoor OS map gives some excellent routes – the exmoor countryside is filled with bridlepaths, lanes and tracks with varying landscapes for all abilities.
Exmoor is regarded as one of the finest areas for walking in the UK! Roadwater and Coleridge Way is one of the closest walks to Raleghs Cross – take a 7 mile route along Colerige Way through the Brendon Hills – you can download this route and many more on the Exmoor National Park website. There are so many lovely walks on Exmoor Tarr Steps, Valley of the Rocks and Dunkery Beacon to name a few.
